ITIL consists of a coherent set of best practices drawn from many public and business sectors. ITIL is the appropriate framework for organizations that (regularly) deal with supplying, using or supporting IT services. ITIL is based on the practice of IT Service Management and is expected to continue to be a guiding framework for a long time.
Implementing true release management results in two business benefits, reduction in overall cost and improved customer satisfaction. With proper life cycle management that integrates defect tracking, builds, source code version control, testing and deployment would result in a better managed application where the company can focus on continuous product improvement and not reactive product maintenance.
Thanks to Xpertised and the tutor who walked me through all the topics with Practical exposure which is helping me in my current project.
Course was quite helpful in terms of understanding of concepts and practicality. Its really a very friendly environment to learn. The timing were mutually chosen, as we both are working professional.
I am quite satisfied with the course.
