Course Overview
Studies by Gartner, KPMG etc have shown that one of the primary reasons why projects fail is breakdown (or lack) of communication. According to the PMI, over 75% of a Project Manager's job is communication.
A successful Project Manager should be able to articulate the vision, objectives and goals of the project. He/she should communicate guidelines, deadlines to the team; set the expectations with the stakeholders and ensure that everyone connected with the project is provided the right information, with the right level of detail at the right time.
