  • 6+ years of experience in Inside Sales with at least 3 in managing a team for a Software development company
  • The prime duty is to create a process-impelled workflow for lead generation
  • It will be his/her duty to develop call scripts and email templates for telesales agents
  • He or she has to interface closely with sales managers in the US to ensure alignment
  • Developing, training, and managing telesales agents for software organizations.
  • Making monthly/quarterly outbound plans for the telesales team
  • Hold the lead generation team accountable for their weekly quotas, activity and continued training
  • Create a weekly progress report and a master lead report for management reviews
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (EST hours, complete overlap)
