Inside Sales Executives
The Inside Sales personnel will provide support to sales managers by building strong sales pipeline through high volume outbound calling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Making cold calls and run email campaigns to the US market into specific market segments and selling Software solutions and Services.
- Generate new leads and set appointments for the Sales Managers, within defined territory, for specific lines of business, through telemarketing
- Works closely with Sales Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities
- Clearly and effectively communicates Genisys services to prospects
- Developing prospective customer contact database, either through subscription websites or web and social media research
- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3+ years' experience into Inside Sales / Lead Generation for a Software development company.
- Experience of working with a CRM tool like Salesforce or MS CRM will be a plus
- Experience in Media, Retail, Technology Start-Up verticals will be a plus
- Experience in selling Application Dev, Testing and Mobile services will be a plus
- Experience in selling into US markets
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to talk to Managers and CXO level executives.
- Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships
- Willingness to work in night shifts (EST hours, complete overlap)
